If you tried reserving for a busy day and don't see any availability, it is likely because we no longer have any reservations for that set time. However, we do take walk ins & you can come in to be added to our list. We usually leave some tables open to accommodate such scenarios.
Parties of 8 or more are not able to reserve via the link and should email us at info@elbalconrooftop.com. Please note that we typically respond within 48 - 72 hours.
Our average response time is 48-72 hours therefore we cannot take same day reservations. We encourage you to use the Toast Tables link to make your reservation.
On Fridays and Saturdays, given our limited space, we abide by a strict 2 hour dining limit to be able to accommodate all our guests as we mainly operate on a reservations basis for those days. If past the two hours, you may be asked to switch tables or move over to the bar area.
No, but you must be 21 and over to drink alcoholic beverages. As far as younger kids, the space is more tailored to & suitable for adults. We leave it to parents discretion.

El Balcón Rooftop is open from Wednesday to Saturday, 5pm -11pm or midnight and Sundays from 3pm - 11pm.
